An outdoor-coat, especially for young ladies found its way into our disana programme. It has a longer cut than the outdoor-jacket, going down till half the upper leg.  In doing so, the coat made of soft merino wool keeps the child warm, even when sitting down. For example, on the bike heading to school.

Our outdoor-coat has pre-shaped arms and a pre-shaped body, which makes it very comfortable to wear. The “high-reach” technique prevents the body band from sliding up, even if the child reaches forward to the handlebar. The outdoor-coat’s cuffs were strengthened at the edge by using an additional thread. The pockets are equipped with zips. When designing the coat, we always had a young lady riding a bike before the inner eye, that’s why the outdoor-coat is equipped with reflectors, to provide a better protection in the dark.
